General

How do I contact technical support?
The preferred way to contact Ellisys technical support team is by using the dedicated contact form.
Why is the USB driver not loading?
There are various possible issues, but generally this is an Operating System issue that can be resolved or a rights issue on the Control Computer. You may be able to solve the rights issue by logging in to your computer as Administrator or by contacting your company's IT staff for assistance. You can also try to disconnect and reconnect the Type-C to Type-C cable between the Analyzer and the Control Computer.
What features are supported on my Tracker and how can I check this?
Connect your Tracker to your computer and select the serial number tab in the Help/About menu. More information is available in Section 1.5, How to Check the Analyzer's Features & Configuration.
Can I upgrade my Tracker to add more features?
Yes, contact Ellisys for details.

Software

I want to export my USB payload to text, CSV, or binary format. Is this possible?
Yes, please see the Export feature in the File menu, and select USB 2.0 Low Level Items.

Hardware

Can 10Gbps or 20Gbps USB traffic be reliably passed through the capture ports on C-Tracker?
Gigabit differential pairs are passed through between the link under test connectors in a passive and non-intrusive way. Typical signal integrity performance allows passing up to 20Gbps or better on most systems.
